I would recommend Dan as your next realtor! He is very knowledgeable about all aspects of home buying. He was able to get showings set up as soon as the listing agent allowed. With Neenah being a tough market in the mid $150k, Dan was tenacious. He also had a lot of advice when it came to making an offer. While at the property, before went went to his office to write an offer, he contacted the listing agent and she indicated that she was not bringing offers to the seller four four days! That would allow dozens of other potential buyers which would substantially reduce my odds of getting the home. By the time we got to his office to write the offer, Dan said that we will have an answer by 10:00 A.M. the following morning! With Dan's experience, the offer was accepted and I avoided renting an apartment! He is very professional and knows the realestate trade! I would highly recommend Dan!
